At Lucchese, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade boots and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boots are placed in their protective bags to prevent scuffing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
